This term, Te Tinana students each planted a monstera seed. We watered them and watched them sprout and grow. We learnt about the care for houseplants, how to water them, feed them and clean them. We looked at many different plant care cards and then wrote our own Plant Care Cards. The students did an amazing job with theirs. Please have a look at the students individual blogs.

Last term we planted some kowhai, kanaka and hebes in the Butterfly Garden. SOme of us go and check it out during the day. Miss Naden has just remembered that we need to go and water them. You can read about this on our blog.
